Scope and Contents
The file of personnel management material is made up of commendation letters and Personal Award Recommendation drafts and submissions for the following personnel: Senior Chief Electrician’s Mate Edward John Galenus, E Division Officer Lt. George M. Collins, Damage Control Assistant Douglas A. Green, R Division Material Officer Chief Warrant Officer 2 Larry E. Hafer, Main Propulsion Assistant Lt. Cdr. Peter J. Mauro, and Machinist’s Mate First Class Tom S. Phillips. There is also a document providing sample performance evaluation responses.
