Biography

Elizabeth (Lit) Anderson’s father, Paul Lyness, was an Intrepid plank owner. He joined the U.S. Navy in 1942. He began his Intrepid service as an ensign in the Communications Department. He worked closely with Captain Thomas Sprague and later worked with Sprague when he was promoted to Admiral.
