Joseph Barry served aboard Intrepid as a radioman during World War II. Barry began his interview by recalling the early years of his life. Thomas Dugan, from Greenwood, Texas, served aboard Intrepid as an aviation machinist's mate second class during World War II, from 1943 to 1945.
