Overview The Nathan Hecker letters were sent to Nathan Hecker, a Cheif Aviation Radio Technician, by his wife, Dorothy. Nathan Hecker was killed in the November 25, 1944 kamikaze attacks on board Intrepid. The letters never reached Hecker and they were returned to Dorothy, stamped undeliverable.Charles Robinson was a letter carrier in the Fresno area.
