Stored with the collection is an aluminum plaque that is catalogged seperately as 2010.32.
It is a partial rectangular metal tag in Japanese with "1052" imprinted on front. The Japanese reads "Type 96 25mm 2 (unclear) // Type 1, revision 2 // Yokosuka Naval Arsenal // Yoko. Manufacturing Number 1052 // Manufacturing Date Showa Year (blank) Month (blank)".
