Processing Information

A loose scrapbook consisting of 12 pages was accessioned as part of the O’Shaughnessy collection (2018.51). The tan pages have non archival plastic sleeves and the pages have foxing and a moldy/musty smell.

Given the condition of the pages, the decision was made to disassemble the scrapbook and process the contents as archives (part of A2018.51) and media (P2018.51.04-.08).

The loose scrapbook pages were photographed and dissassembled.

The items in this collection that were removed from the scrapbook are the "Training Materials" subseries.
