Biography
Fred Lugar served on board the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid (CVS-11) as a Radarman Second Class (RD2) in the OI Division from April 1, 1967 to May 1, 1968. He said he served as one of four lookouts during the transit through the Suez Canal.
