Biography
Frank Osinski served on the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid (CVS-11) June 1965 to May 1967. He graduated from Villanova in June 1965 and was subsequently assigned to Intrepid when the ship was in dry dock in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Osinski was assigned to the Communications Department and was sent to communication school in Newport, Rhode Island. He initially served as Intrepid’s CS division officer (signal) and then served as the CR division officer (radio).
