Division Officer notebook, ca. 1970–75
Scope and Contents
Personnel management records include personnel lists, a pay stub for G Division Officer T.J. Delaney, Department Daily Status Reports, Weapons Man Hour Accounting forms, and Weapons Department In Port Watch Bill Forms. The Division Officer notebook contains recall and muster lists, memoranda about training and the Division Officer’s personnel record forms. These forms contain personal information, career history, and performance evaluation. Training records include a memorandum on a proposed general military syllabus, an enlisted course information sheet, and elementary physics notes.
